Welcome to the new Legislative District 3!
Our new district is bigger than Rhode Island but slightly smaller than Delaware, spanning 93 miles from Table Mesa across north and northeastern Maricopa County all the way to Tortilla Flat.
Our LD includes many different communities, including:
North Phoenix
North Scottsdale
Fountain Hills
Anthem / New River
Cave Creek / Carefree
Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation
The district partisan split is +26% GOP, which means being Democrats in this district will be challenging, but most of us are used to that, already coming from Republican-majority districts LD1, LD15, and LD23.
We will be electing a new executive board on February 22 at 6PM – PCs will receive a postcard & email; please vote; others may attend but cannot vote.
LD3 is split across two Congressional Districts, CD1 to the east, and CD8 on the west side.
