HCR2038 Alex Kolodin Legislative overreach
At the same time one of our representative is trying to disband state boards and commissions he wants to give the legislature more power. In November voters rejected the idea (Prop 315) to strangle government agencies by giving authority to the legislature to approve any necessary agency increases. Agencies are already required to do impact/cost studies. If you use RTS please weigh in with a NO.

This is a resolution that would bypass the governor and go to the ballot.
