HB2631 removes the attorney general from the approval process for the elections manual sent to voters. Gives authority for wording to partisan weighted committees in the legislature.
HCR2024 stipulates Arizona death penalty to be carried out by firing squad
HCM2015 instructs a memorial be sent to the U.S. Felon in chief asking him to sign a federal law stipulating states are in charge of qualifications for a federal only ballot. Arizona stands alone in it’s federal only ballot requirements.
